program, there are circumstances where a referral completes the process
(in our case a 2x1) before their sponsor.
The sponsor stands to lose their referral unless there is some way to give
him or her the opportunity to 'upgrade' before their referral is permanently
locked into the matrix.
Our manual verification process is mainly to help fix this. The sponsor would
be given 48 Hours before their referral is locked into the matrix. During the
48 hours, the sponsor can sponsor a second member or pay it forward for
